Whose Feedback Matters?

Simple question: why don't we ask the true customers of our K-12 educational system (the children) what they think about the education they're getting?

Does your teacher go at the right pace?
Do you think your teacher encourages you to ask questions?
Does your teacher explain what you're supposed to learn?

How would schools change if we asked these questions regularly?
